I said last time that one way or another Tethys would be missing from the chart this week, and sure enough this week the coveted number one position goes to Sonsie. So what of Tethys? Did he meet yet another messy death? No, for Tethys death is now something that happens to other people, because since last week he's reached the magic figure of 204,800 points and gained Immortality. Well done, Tethys!

A number of big names return to the chart this week, with a trio of mages re-appearing inside the top five. Welcome back to Damned, and Merlin, and especially Beermug who puts in his first appearance since June. Munchkin retains the number five position from last week, while Jerry zips up the chart to claim both magehood and, even more exciting for him I'm sure, the title of this week's highest climber.

Deadwood slips to number seven, while Fishbait re-enters the chart just below him. The honour of being the highest new entry goes to Rossetti, although he didn't have much competition - he's the only new entry on the chart. Rounding off the top ten is Quanta, who drops down a couple of places from last week.

Just outside the top ten, both Zalagar and Miscreant make good progress this week, while Florence and Paradox return after short absences. Angelmist and Turin don't fare so well, however, with both losing ground since last week.

In the lower ranges of the chart, only Cucumber manages to hold on, while the remaining spots are taken by the returning Moneypenny, Bigwoody, and Trillian.
